Thought I would christen this new section of the board with a post.
I love the use of the 1969 Dodge Charger in this episode, it's a nice homage to the black Charger in Bullett.
I was trying to think of all the TV shows and movies that featured a Dodge Charger, this is what I came up with:
- Dukes of Hazard (Voted most famous TV/Movie car by members of Hagarty Classic Car insurance)
- Bullett
- Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry
- The Fast & The Furious
- Blade
I was wondering if anyone has a favorite car that they get excited about whenever it is shown in a TV show or movie?

The Caterham Lotus Super Seven from "The Prisoner" a speedy, 2-seater open sports car with lots of horse power, and British made to boot! :-)

I loved the Dodge Charger in this episode too. I love the muscle cars. I'm not much of a car nut, but a Camaro has always turned my head (Firebirds/Trans-Ams too). I am especially fond of a '69. I would love to have the new one on the market. It is styled after the '69, but the V-8 engine makes it too impractical. I would love it. I just could not buy gas for it. I will be buying this year or next. I guess it's another fuel efficient sedan.  As for Camaros/Firedbirds in movies/tv shows: The Rockford Files Simon and Simon Smoky and the Bandit (of course) And everyone's favorite - Knight Rider |

I always liked the Pontic Firebirds too, and Corvette's (how about Face Man's one from The A-Team?!)

I like mk3 Cortina's, P5 Rovers and Jensen Interceptors.
I think that the Dodge Charger R/T is one of the most aesthetically pleasing designs of all time. As beautiful as it is butch. Rock on!!
The Chevelle SS is very cool, the '72 Ford Falcon XB Coupe is hot (Mad Max Interceptor).
The Impala from Supernatural is cool too.

Nerd Mode:That 84 Corvette was rented from a rental car business(like Hertz etc.)and they put the red stripe on and filmed the shots, took the stripe off then gave it back, and did the same thing whenever they needed it, End Nerd mode |

i like teh AMG mercedes in bourne identity, and teh french film TAXI, they look mean!
