Hey Lars,
Thanks for your message and for looking out for the website.
I'm not the webmaster, so I can't speak for Josh, but I don't believe those images are copywrited material. So techically they can be reproduced. Obviously it is pretty tacky if this person pulled the images from the website, printed them, and now is trying to sell them.
Then again, these might be the original photographs themselves?

Only Bob Wolterstorff could claim copyright on these, and unless he has the negatives and proof he took them then the copyright doesn't have a huge meaning attached to it - Even with proof it would take days of negotiating with eBay for them to do anything about it and by then the auction would be over. Many websites now watermark their images to render them useless for further sale and/or copyright infringement. I think exclusive images such as these will be printed out by fans of the show and unless the fan starts mass-producing the images for sale on eBay then its only a personal collectible being sold - Much like if I bought an original ABC "Street Hawk" promotional photograph, it is my right to sell it on as an item from my personal collection. Whoever actually owns that image cannot do anything to stop me from selling it. Its only a few photographs at the end of the day, and I'm sure because of the relative obscurity of the show the images are being sold on a fan-to-fan basis, much like the DvD's from here. That is former member HernesSon selling them on eBay as well, remember him?

I did send a message to him letting him know it was a little sleazy selling the pics, but really, it isn't that big of a deal.
I didn't realise that it was HernesSon selling the photos though. I thought he had a differen't ID than the person selling the photos. If it is him, then, I really don't see a problem with it.

It is generally considered to be unethical to sell something that is available for free, relying on the buyers ignorance in how/where to obtain the free material.
Also, this is the reason that many people choose not to post pictures from items in their personal collection to the web. Once it's online, you can't do anything to prevent someone from taking what you offered for free and then selling it and making money for themselves. Do any of us seriously believe that Wolterstorff would be ok with someone taking the pics he graciously sent and selling copies on Ebay? I doubt it, and this would probably make him think twice about sharing any other materials he may have. The third pic is the one I scanned from my Video High Density Disc a while back and spent hours digitally cleaning up before posting it here. It definitely makes me think twice about posting any additional one-of-a-kind pics, knowing that there's at least one person visiting this board who is ready to take the material and sell it to unsuspecting buyers to make a quick classless buck.
It would be different if this was a one-time sale of single copies of these pics that this person had printed out for themselves but now doesn't want, but multiple copies of these pics have been offered over the summer. The fact that a member has contributed to this site doesn't make it ok to charge money for copies of pics others have contributed for free.
