...if the show had continued?
I know you've got all the fanfic stuff, but I would have loved to have seen another StreetHawk, a more evil clone, along the lines of Redwolf and KARR.
Jesse's nemesis could have been another ex-cop who had a loved one murdered and as a result, decided to rid the streets of crime, but in doing so, became a deranged killer. Think SH crossed with Magnum Force, the Clint Eastwood film where a group of motorcycle vigilante cops start killing criminals.

I agree, I would have liked to see Street Hawk face a similar foe, which would likely have pushed Norman to create new hardware for the bike to counter whatever "Evil Hawk" was doing.

More use of dash/gauge shots. Almost every episode of Knight Rider had numerous shots of the futuristic dash, aside from the closeups of KITT's voice modulator. The MPH readout was shown, the tach display, special graphics were made to show on the monitor for almost every episode.
Why didn't Street Hawk do this? We never saw any close-ups of the electronics (except for the recycled footage of the particle beam slider being pushed up) after the pilot episode. The digital readouts and the center monitor could have been used much better to contribute to the bike's overall coolness. Without them, they just relied on stunts to show the bike's capabilities.
I know that once my replica is finished the digital bar graphs and displays will be the main "WOW" factor. Without them, it will just be a somewhat cool-looking bike. With them, it will be awesome.

I look forward to seeing your new hardware someday, spyhunter2k. It'll be well worth it, I'm sure. I would have also liked to have seen a crossover with Knight Rider at some stage, even though KR was a bit more kiddie-friendly. I've seen the well-edited battles between the two on youtube and they are very fun to watch. This is probably along the lines of my evil Hawk idea, but one interesting ep would have been if Street Hawk had been framed for murder and Jesse was revealed as the man behind the helmet. This could have been a great series closer with it all being part of a plot against Jesse, hatched by one of the villains whom SH helped put away. It would have been cool also to see Jesse wear a bulletproof costume, covered in lycra, with an emblem of a hawk on the top left hand side of his vest.

Sounds very Batman-ish, but I agree that the suit Jesse wore lacked any real punch. Upon reflection, the black jumpsuit with silver reflector tape wasn't exactly the coolest or most menacing outfit ever. I would have lliked to see some shots of internal mechanicals of the bike (at least for the engineer/nerds like me). I would have especially liked to see what the hyper-drive looked like.
